Have an Advertisement for the Show?
Advertisements are a great way to get important information out about your organization or an upcoming event. If you would like to place an advertisement on the Morning News Show please review the instructions and guidelines on the left. See "Advertisement Info."
Submit an announcement for the Morning News Show
If you would like to submit an announcement for the Morning News Show please email the main office secretary, Mrs. Cash, at least the school day before by 2:00pm. Please cc: Mr. Stratford also. Submitting announcements before 2:00pm are encouraged and appreciated.
When submitting an announcement please:
- Write a draft of the announcement including basic info (e.g. - who, what, where, when, etc.). Note - Announcement maybe edited for the broadcast. The broadcast is limited on time and students are not able to catch alot of detailed information from an announcement, so it's best to refer students to your website, a bulletin board, or a teacher for more information. All announcements are posted on the school bulletin that runs throughout the day on channel 3 on the closed circuit system in the high school.
- Include dates of when you would like the announcement to be on the Morning News Show.
- Attach any graphic, photo or video to be used on the broadcast.
