Language Arts in Harrisonburg City Public Schools
The goal of HCPS Language Arts Program is to create a literate community by providing systematic explicit reading instruction within a research based reading program. Success will be determined by student performance on local, state, and national assessments. We commit to a comprehensive system of literacy support to create this outcome.
