Nutrition and Wellness: Teaches healthy food choices and meal planning. In lab the cooking methods and skills used will emphasize nutrition. Personal wellnes through diet, exercise and stress management are the main goals of the class.
Foods and Hospitality: Students explore the career opportunites in the hospitality field with an emphasis on culinary skills. Through labs and projects students will learn about the food and beverage industry, lodging industry and the travel, tourism and recreation industry.
