parallel to each , practice with ropes lying parallel on the floor

- can be done with 4 counts or 3
For 3 count dance:
- jump twice in the middle of the poles - jump out of poles and straddle
legs

Variation - jump in the middle of poles, do half turn, jump out

Poles - students on poles will tap poles down twice then slide

- Students will perform their dance for their classmates.
- The pattern must be repeated at least 3 times.
