Concert Band:
Friday March 9, 2012
1:50 - 2:50 - Concert Band Members report to Band Room
2:20 to 2:50 - Change into concert attire; Load instruments/equipment onto bus
2:50 - Students board bus and leave for East Rockingham High School
3:25 - Bus arrives at East Rockingham High School
3:25 to 3:55- Director checks-in and registers band, Students exit bus and unload instruments/equipment
3:55 - Students and director arrive at designated Warm-up sight
4:20 - PERFORMANCE (Parents are invited to attend!)
4:45 - Sight-Reading
5:10 - Students Board Buses
5:30 - Students arrive back at HHS
6:00 - Band Room Closes
Symphonic Band:
Friday March 9, 2012
5:20– Symphonic Band members report to Bandroom (Come Dressed...of course :)
6:00- Load instruments/equipment onto bus
6:20- Students board bus, Depart for East Rockingham High School
6:50- Bus arrives at East Rockingham High School
6:50 to 7:20- Director checks-in and registers band, Students exit bus and unload instruments/equipment
7:20- Students and director arrive at designated Warm-up sight
7:50- PERFORMANCE (Parents are invited to attend!)
8:20- Sight-Reading
8:40- Students load onto bus and load instruments/equipment, Depart for HHS
9:10- Students arrive back at HHS

Congrats to the following HHS Band Members who auditioned and made the 2011-2012 All City County Band!!! Students with a * next to their name earned the highest score in their section and will serve as Principal Chair of that section!
